The 4th Annual Ogden Down River Race on the Ogden Narrows is back! Saturday, September 24 will welcome some of the best local and regional kayaker’s around. The man in charge of the event/carnage, Jeff Young.
Jeff was the president of the Utah Whitewater Club, now he’s just a member. He came in studio to chat about this awesome event. Jeff also talks about why whitewater canoeing rules, how to get in with Ogden’s whitewater scene, and what skills are needed to kill-it (or at least compete) in this weekend’s race.
